Dealer Financial Management (AUDM 1001)
It is said that 'money makes the world go round'. If this is true, then understanding the finances of a dealership is one of the most important things which a manager learns. In this course, the dealership financial statement is examined in detail. Financial analysis examines both departmental results and the overall performance of the dealership compared with current, Canadian benchmarks. Cash management is also an important discussion topic in the course.
