Dealership Management Systems (AUTM 1011)

In this course, the student is introduced to the software applications available to a retail automobile dealership. Using these applications, students learn how the different programs combine to form an integrated management information system. Students explore the basic components of programs available for the parts department, service department, sales department and general office.
