Organizational Behaviour (BSNS 2004)
In this course students examine the strategies and techniques used by effective managers and leaders in industry so that students develop the interpersonal skills and traits leading to successful workplace relationships. Students discuss workplace trends, managing change, personal management techniques, effective communication, conflict resolution, and team building.
