In this module, students explore inclusive practices that support working with others in a respectful and collaborative manner while learning strategies to build trust and strengthen relationships within a diverse team. Students examine the importance of a diverse workforce in order to build a successful organization. This module is one of eight that make up the Management Essentials Micro-certificate.
