Estimating: Cost Analysis (CIVL 3001)
Building on knowledge developed in the measurement and pricing subjects, students are introduced to concepts of cost planning from project inception to end of contract for design and construction projects. Students examine various types of conceptual estimating, including elemental costing and analysis, as they document and rationalize their own cost analyses.
