Technical Communication (COMM 2020)

Technical communication skills are required in service, technical, and business environments. Students develop researching, planning, designing, and writing skills to prepare documents relevant to multiple workplaces. Individually and collaboratively, students learn to apply information structures to produce a variety of traditional and digital technical documents such as descriptions and instructions.
