Computer Aided Drafting (COMP 1055)

In this first in a series of three courses, students are introduced to computer-aided drafting. Students become familiar with the basic principles of drafting software through instruction and exploration of various applications specific to Interior Decorating. File management systems, basic software functions, and production methods are applied to create two-dimensional architectural drawings. Students will need to have access to a PC when working remotely and be aware that Apple devices are not compatible with most software used in this program.
