Social Media and Web Management (COMP 2100)

Students are provided an overview of social media in order to understand its use in building business relations. Students are exposed to social media concepts including theory, design, monitoring and evaluation. Fundamental principles of web management, as well as the impact of Web 2.0 are explored.
