Developing Leadership (CORP 0204)
Participants examine various perspectives on leadership, leadership styles, roles of leaders as well as the distinction between leadership and management. Participants are introduced to concepts of ethical professional behavior and how to apply their skills in a variety of situations, including cultural and value differences.
