Co-op and Career Preparation (CPHR 0001)
Students are supported in their preparation for work terms and post-graduate careers through practical assignments informing a successful job search and workplace success. Students learn about the attitudes, skills and behaviours expected by employers. An understanding of Co-operative Education department policies, procedures and requirements, and occupational health and safety is established. Students complete the course with a program-specific resume, interview skills, knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, and the ability to self-market for a successful work term and post-graduate job search.
