Intervention Strategies (ODE) (DEVS 2024)
Students gain an understanding of the principles and application of intervention strategies designed to assist persons with developmental disabilities acquire new skills. Through a variety of procedures, including observation and recording of behaviour as well as precision teaching, intervention strategies are used to assist, coach or teach skills to optimize independence and encourage self-advocacy.
