Pre-Intermediate English as a Second Language (ESLG 0001)

Pre-intermediate students focus on developing strong foundations in reading, writing, speaking and listening, with added emphasis on building conversational competence and other practical applications of the language for common personal and business interactions. The skills learned in this course are immediately usable, and also serve as a platform for continuing education for employment purposes, for academic pursuits or for personal interest. Recommended Level of Ability: CLB 4-5; IELTS 4.0-4.5; EAP L4-5
