Geographic Information Systems (GEOG 2000)

Students are introduced to Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The basics of the technology are applied utilizing business and government spatial data examples. In course projects, students use digital maps and various forms of data input. Spatial analysis and presentation of the final products are required.
