Professional Practice (IDEC 2008)

Students are introduced to a variety of employment options and assists them in developing a personal plan for job attainment and career success. Self-assessment and personal goals are examined. Individual marketing strategies and promotional deliverables are studied. In order to prepare students for field placement and future employment they will gain skills and knowledge relating to employer expectations, fundamental business procedures, office communications, and the development and management of client relations.
