Advanced Legal Office Administration (LAWS 2051)
Students build on the skills acquired in the introductory course to produce professional court documents. Students study the concepts necessary to input and manage client accounts using legal accounting software. Docketing time and timesheets are discussed. Students examine the Law Society of Ontario's by-laws specific to the proper management of trust accounts.
