Event Planning and Execution (MNGM 2002)
This course is a detailed exploration of the process of managing an event which begins with research and needs assessment. Successful completion of the needs assessment drives decision making on other event factors such as size, length, programming components, schedule, and timelines. Students will gain experience in developing a comprehensive special event plan.
