Inspiring People for / to Exceptional Performance (MNGM 4001)
In this course students explore contemporary perspectives, practices and research related to creating a culture of excellence in the workplace. Students learn about the nature and context of leadership as it relates to team and individual performance and examine topics such as organizational culture, motivation, human potential, performance management systems, reward and recognition, coaching, and emotional intelligence. Students integrate knowledge, practical skills and self awareness throughout the course.
