Interpersonal Communications (POLC 1001)

This course assists students in developing the fundamentals in interpersonal communication. Utilizing a sound theoretical base, students review current theory as it relates to diversity and human interaction, learning to apply principles of sound communication in their profession. Building on these foundations, students develop skills to address grief and loss, crisis response and conflict management in a variety of cultural contexts. In addition, students apply this knowledge by interpreting information to organize and produce reports that meet the judicial system requirements.
