Industrial Regulations (TECH 0407)
Students review and discuss the Regulation for Industrial Establishments (Ontario Regulation 851 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)). The emphasis of the course is on employer, supervisor and worker responsibilities under Regulation 851 and provincial penalties for non-compliance with the rules outlined in the regulation.
